1995 Fleetwood Bounder RV automatic For Sale.

I have a 1995 Fleetwood Bounder. I paid 20k originally and owned by a mechanic
Very low miles! 27k! Keeper!

It is kept in a storage of RVs and Boats. We can meet at the storage for you to test drive it. FCFS
(no holds/no payment plan)
I have had it in storage for 2 yrs now. I don’t need it anymore and I am looking to reduce unnecessary charges to my life.

AC works
Extra outdoor storage (8 with doors)

Issues:

Needs cleaning. (Sorry but could not update RV clean for the pics, will be seeking cleaners.
Generator works but needs rebuilt in the future (we have a new one available for purchase)
Floor by fridge has a soft spot.
3 Storage doors on the outside are missing (you can replace with DIY wood doors and paint or visit RV junkyard for used ones.
No awning.

Delivery:

Can deliver to a different state for an extra fee of 2-3000 by Cema truck. (Not my company) I will not drive myself.
